Please make sure that the traces are scaled by base size (Click the '>S' button). If the size
standard channel peaks of the samples are not aligned, then the sizing procedure did not work
properly. In this case those samples where the size standard peaks have erroneous sizes must
be re-analyzed. Modify the peak detection parameters in order to detect as many peaks as
required.
For example, if you are using a DNA ladder as size standard which should have 16 bands in a
gel, make sure that the peak detection parameters are adjusted to detect these 16 peaks. Avoid
the detection of more (smaller) peaks.
