The peaks of size standard channel are not aligned!

Please make sure that the traces are scaled by base size (Click the '>S' button). If the size standard channel peaks of the samples are not aligned, then the sizing procedure did not work properly. In this case those samples where the size standard peaks have erroneous sizes must be re-analyzed. Modify the peak detection parameters in order to detect as many peaks as required.
For example, if you are using a DNA ladder as size standard which should have 16 bands in a gel, make sure that the peak detection parameters are adjusted to detect these 16 peaks. Avoid the detection of more (smaller) peaks.
